Shannon is a Program Coordinator with the North Superior Workforce Planning Board in Thunder Bay, focusing on workforce development for newcomers and recent graduates.  Previously, she was the Project Supervisor at EcoSuperior, coordinating programs focused on waste reduction, litter prevention, and community sustainability. She is active in local environmental initiatives, currently serving as Vice-Chair of the City of Thunder Bay’s Earthcare Advisory Committee and formerly as Vice-Chair and Environmental Representative of the Clean, Green and Beautiful Committee of Thunder Bay. Shannon is an instructor in the Environmental Technician and Civil Engineering Technology programs at Confederation College, teaching courses in waste management and environmental legislation.
