Caitlin is a creative problem solver and collaborative project hacker, currently working as a Senior Policy Advisor with the Ontario Ministry of Transportation, where she is focused on transit policy. She has worked in diverse sectors both inside and outside government, including transportation, policy and process innovation, innovation and entrepreneurship, and education and capacity building. Caitlin is keen to have intentional conversations about, and to support work that acknowledges, the intersections between racial justice, food justice, and ecological justice. Caitlin has worked for several years in the community sector in Toronto, most recently in her capacity as a Board Director with NUTMEG Soccer, a grassroots organization that provides free soccer and educational programming for children and youth. She is a proud west coaster currently living in Toronto.
