Twin Views Communal Garden Depave Project

Category:Green Infrastructure
City: Calgary
Year: 2015

In 2015, Green Calgary led a project to transform an old, unused tennis court into a vibrant community garden. The team removed over 170 square metres of asphalt and added 389 native plants to bring new life to the site. The revitalized space now serves as a gathering place for the community while supporting local biodiversity and managing stormwater naturally.
